How does it work?
With the Pay in 30 Days option, you can pay for your purchases up to 30 days after placing the order, shipping of your goods, or when the services you purchased become available. We will send you a payment reminder with details just before the due date. If you wish to settle your balance before the 30-day period, you can make an early payment via the Klarna app by paying immediately by card.
Who can use the Pay in 30 Days option?
To use the Pay in 30 Days option, you must reside in Europe, be over 18 years old, and have a valid payment card. By "valid payment card," we mean the card must be in your name and not expired. You must also ensure that the card you use has sufficient funds to cover your payment. The Pay in 30 Days option is a credit solution. We decide whether or not to enter into a credit agreement with you.
Which cards are accepted by Klarna?
Klarna accepts most cards: credit, debit, and prepaid. If your card is not accepted, we will inform you at the time of payment.
What happens if I encounter a problem?
Klarna provides consumers with buyer protection. This means, for example, that Klarna will assist you in case of any issues related to your purchase. For more information and instructions, please visit the page: Klarna Buyer Protection Policy.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your purchase, we will cancel the payment due. If you want to return part of your order, you will only have to pay for the items you wish to keep.
What happens if I do not make the payment?
You must make the payment for your purchase no later than the communicated due date. If you do not pay on time, you will be in default and may no longer be able to use Klarna's services in the future. In case of default, Klarna may use an external debt collection agency to recover the amount on our behalf.

Payment by invoice in 3 steps
- Send us by email a clear and complete list of the items you wish to order as well as the type of delivery you are interested in.
- We will respond to you as soon as possible with a price offer and banking information.
- Make the transfer. You can send us proof of transfer to speed up the order acceptance process, otherwise we wait for the transfer to be completed before validating the order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email as well as the tracking of your package.

How to pay by Maestro/ Bancontact?
With Bancontact, you will be redirected to your bank's payment service during the payment step of your order.
Here are the steps to follow if you want to pay for your order with a Maestro or Bancontact card:
Before confirming your order, you will be redirected to your bank's page.
Follow the instructions and enter the requested information.
Back on Al-imen, click on "Place order".
You will receive a payment receipt as well as an order confirmation email.
Do you have a Maestro card? In that case, you can use it on Bancontact payment services.
Payment by PayPal
If you choose payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order.
If you are already a PayPal customer, log in with your details and make the payment.
Are you new to PayPal? You can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account, then confirm the payment.
Your payment will be processed quickly and your order will be handled immediately.
By paying with PayPal, you accept PayPal's general terms of use.
If you return items
When you return an item, the sum of the returned items will be automatically credited to the PayPal account used to pay for your order.
With PayPal, you can decide whether the amount will be credited to your PayPal account or returned to your bank account.
Please note that you accept PayPal's terms and conditions and therefore agree to PayPal's processes.
If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund your bank details. Another PayPal account cannot be used for the refund.
Can't you choose PayPal as a payment method?
Unfortunately, we cannot manually change the payment methods offered.
We are sorry if payment by PayPal is temporarily unavailable and hope it will be offered to you again soon.
Has one of your items been canceled? Or has your order been canceled for technical reasons?
In this case, we will refund the amount of the canceled items to your PayPal account.
Secure online payment
Payment on Al-imen is very secure.
All the information you provide us during your payment is protected and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
All personal information you provide us is encrypted so that it cannot be read by anyone else. The main protection is your own password. Do not share it with anyone and avoid leaving open access to your account.
Of course, we comply with all laws regarding personal data protection.
Your contact details are used only to process your orders and to improve our services. Your data is never given to a third party without your consent.

Payment by bank card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. You must provide:
Your bank card number.
The expiration date.
The visual cryptogram which corresponds to the 3 or 4 digits located on the back of your card.
By clicking "Next", you go to the "Order verification and confirmation" page and all you have to do is validate your order. You may be redirected to your bank's page which will offer you to pay with your Digipass.
Your account is debited when your package leaves our warehouse. If you return your items, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your bank card (see Refund).
Credit card payment is secure. Your bank card data is encrypted and transmitted securely via the SSL protocol. You will find more information about secure payment in Security.
Foreign bank card
If you pay with a foreign bank card, Al-imen reserves the right to process your transaction with 3D-Secure or 3DS. The 3D Secure protocol is an online payment security system by Visa, MasterCard, or your BNP Paribas Fortis card.
Note: if you are not redirected to 3DS, unfortunately you cannot pay with a foreign bank card.
I forgot to note my order number as the payment reference
Your order number is in the order confirmation we send you by email. To properly associate your payment, we need all the correct information. If you did not provide your order number during the bank transfer, we ask you to contact our customer service providing as much information as possible (order number, customer number, account holder used).
My order is paid but not yet shipped.
If you have paid by immediate bank transfer, receipt of your payment may take 2 to 4 days, depending on your bank. Once your payment is received, your order will be prepared and shipped.
Your items are reserved for 9 days. Beyond this period, we will no longer be able to ship the ordered items. As soon as your delivery leaves our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation email.

Attention: the order status, which you can check in your customer account, may be delayed compared to reality.
Card payment with 3D Secure
European legislation is changing to make card payments safer! For every order placed after September 14, you will likely be asked to authenticate your payment with a secure 3D process. This will be personalized according to the type of card you use: Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, or American Express SafeKey.
What should I do?
If you haven't done so already, you will need to register your payment card for 3D Secure. Most banks generally offer an online registration method. Check your bank's website for more information. If you have already registered for 3D Secure or have used it before, you will not need to register again. However, your bank may have implemented a new process to improve your payment experience. Some banks offer a new smartphone app specifically designed for this purpose. Contact your bank for more information.
To make the payment of your next order easy and secure, it is strongly recommended to set up 3D Secure before making your online purchase.
What is changing?
You may have already been asked to authenticate with 3D Secure during your online payments. However, the new regulation introduces a new process offering increased security and simpler authentication methods.
Pay with Payconiq
If you have both 'Payconiq via the Bancontact app' and your banking app with integrated Bancontact, you can use the Payconiq payment method.
With Payconiq, you can either complete your order by being redirected to the Payconiq app via Bancontact/your banking app, or scan a QR code via one of the mentioned apps. After authorizing the payment, you will be redirected to the confirmation page of Al-imen.
Payment will generally be processed within a few minutes and your order will be processed instantly.
Refund after a return or cancellation
If you return one or more items or cancel your order, the amount corresponding to the value of the returned items or the order will be credited back to the Bancontact card used to place the order.
